NAA Annual Membership Meeting

Description
The National Aquaculture Association (NAA) will be holding an annual membership meeting the evening of March 6, 2025 from 6:30 to 7:30 pm Central Time during Aquaculture 2025 at the Marriott New Orleans.
The membership meeting will consist of an update to membership on activities during 2024, plans for advocacy efforts in 2025, Farm Bill update, a financial report, and an announcement by the appointed Inspectors of Election of two successful candidates elected by the membership to represent the Individual member category to the Board of Directors.
Individual Member Category Nominations Requested
Voting members of the National Aquaculture Association (Individual, Silver, Gold or Platinum member categories) nominate Board of Director positions representing the Individual member category.
Two positions are open starting in 2025. The positions are currently held by Bill Dewey, Director of Public Affairs, Taylor Shellfish, Shelton Washington and Sean Nepper, Chief Executive Officer, Riverence, Buhl Idaho.
The NAA Board of Directors requests nominations to fill these open positions. Nominees must be NAA members (Individual, Silver, Gold or Platinum level), receive a majority of their direct income from commercial aquaculture, animal or plant production and will serve for three years on the Board of Directors without compensation.
To submit a Board of Director nomination, complete the Nomination Form by midnight, Friday, January 3, 2025 with your nomination(s).
