Polychaetes to Peru: NEW CERTIFICATE

The United States Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) is pleased to announce the new health certificate for exporting polychaetes (marine worms) from the United States to Peru, effective May 13, 2024. More information regarding the export requirements and associated health certificate are on the APHIS International Regulations (IRegs) web page for Peru – Export Live Animals to Peru | Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (usda.gov).

Please note that Peru accepts both electronic issuance of this health certificate by your Accredited Veterinarian AND digital APHIS endorsement, which means that both issuance and endorsement can complete in Veterinary Export Health Certification System (VEHCS), saving time and money.
