National Aquaculture Association is excited to announce that we are chairing a session at RASTECH 2025 entitled "Understanding the Federal Regulatory Landscape in the U.S." The session will include an overview of federal laws and regulations, an in-depth review of National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permitting for RAS, an overview of CA state-level regulations for RAS, guidance from a veteran aquaculture consultant and a farmer panel session focused on regulations and permitting.
